OUR RECENT PROJECTS

Hesketh Estate

Working alongside VRG Pty, we managed the construction of new Pietermaritzburg mixed-use estate, Hesketh Estate. This project comprises residential apartments, duplexes and homes, as well as an onsite shopping centre.

Salta Sibaya

Salta Sibaya comprises 240 sectional title homes and is located in Umdloti. M3 Africa are the Project Managers and Principal Agents on all aspects of the project including infrastructure, retail centre, houses, gatehouses and clubhouse.

MSC Cruises Passenger Terminal

Managed on behalf of Willmeg Developments, our scope included the development of the retail centre and offices and management of the related civil works around the site.

Marine Walk Shopping Centre

A project partnered with Devmco Group, Marine Walk Shopping Centre is a new-age open-air concept, set along the KZN North Coast, between Umdloti and the Sibaya Coastal Precinct.

Brickworks Industrial Estate

Managing the redevelopment of The Brickworks with Investec was an industrial development project primarily created for logistics and distribution centre growth in KwaMashu.

Elite Moda Warehouse

Situated in Riverhorse Valley within KZN, Elite Moda appointed M3 Africa as the project manager and principal agent for their R60 million development of light industrial and warehousing.
